Titanium Transportation Group Announces CFO Transition and Appoints Interim CFO


BOLTON, Ontario, March 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Titanium Transportation Group Inc. ("Titanium" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TTR) today announced Kasia Malz has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 15, 2019, to pursue  her career in another industry. Kasia has agreed to assist the Company through a transition period as an advisor.  

Titanium has commenced the search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer and will take the necessary time to find a suitable candidate.  Alex Fu, Titanium’s Director of Finance, has been appointed by the Company’s board of directors as Interim Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Fu has been central in the management of the finance team and the development of financial processes and controls.
