RAISIO PLC: ORGANIZING MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
At its meeting held after the Annual General Meeting 19 March 2019, the Board of Directors elected Ilkka Mäkelä as its Chairman and Ann-Christine Sundell as its Deputy Chairman.
The following members were elected to the Board of Directors’ committees:
Audit Committee:
Ann-Christine Sundell (Chairman),
Leena Niemistö and
Pekka Tennilä.
Remuneration Committee:
Ilkka Mäkelä (Chairman),
Erkki Haavisto and
Arto Tiitinen.
All members of the Audit and Remuneration committees are independent of the company and its major shareholders.
