Philly Shipyard ASA has today on 5 April 2019 held its Annual General Meeting (AGM).
All proposals to the AGM were approved.
The Board of Directors now consists of:

Kristian Røkke (Deputy Chairman)
Amy Humphreys
Elin Karfjell
