MIDVALE, Utah, April 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sportsman's Warehouse Holdings, Inc. ("Sportsman's" or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:SPWH) today announced the appointment of Robert K. Julian as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective April 24, 2019. Julian will oversee all financial aspects of the Company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, tax, internal audit, investor relations, treasury, and risk management. Kevan Talbot will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer until the effective date of Mr. Julian’s appointment and will then assist in the transition of responsibilities to Mr. Julian until a date to be determined between Mr. Talbot and the Company.

Mr. Julian most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Deluxe Entertainment Services Group from July 2017 to June 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Julian served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Callaway Golf Company (NYSE: ELY) from May 2015 to April 2017, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lydall (NYSE: LDL) Inc. from October 2012 to May 2015. Previously in his career, Julian held senior financial roles at Rockwell International, Honeywell, Cisco Systems, and Fisher Scientific.
Mr. Julian holds a degree in Finance, with Honor, from Michigan State University, and an MBA from The University of Michigan.
