Greenland Resources Announces Sudden Passing of CEO


TORONTO, April 12, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Greenland Resources Inc. (“Greenland Resources” or the “Company”) today announces with great sadness, the sudden death of Jesper Alling Coverdale Kofoed, President, Chief Executive Officer, Director and co-founder of the Company.

The Company’s Board, officers, advisors, consultants and friends share with Mr. Kofoed’s family the immense sadness of his death. We would like to reflect upon his life and express our gratitude to an exceptional man and colleague who made a pivotal contribution to the Company’s Storo Gold Project and the Malmbjerg Molybdenum Project in Greenland. Jesper truly touched the hearts of many people in Denmark, Greenland, and Canada, and he will be sorely missed.
