The enhancement comes just days after the addition of YouTube and Pinterest support to VizSearch, announced during the launch IZEAx 3.0 Unity Suite. The goal of VizSearch is to provide marketers with a content-forward discovery tool that enables them to easily identify influencers and other content creators that might be a match for a given campaign. The new feature allows marketers to add a location parameter to a search in VizSearch. If a creator has chosen to share the location of the photo or video they posted that information is indexed in Vortex and made available in VizSearch.
For example, a marketer could search for images taken at a certain hotel, retailer, or restaurant chain. That information could be used to identify those influencers who are already a fan of that particular brand, or have an affinity for a given location. The query can also be combined with keywords, allowing marketers to further narrow a search. For example, a marketer could search for drone photos taken in Hawaii.
