Spectrum ASA (“Spectrum”) on 2 May 2019 announced that it has agreed on the principle terms with TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA (“TGS”) of an acquisition of Spectrum by TGS. Kristian Johansen, CEO of TGS, and Rune Eng, CEO of Spectrum, will present the transaction and answer questions in a teleconference/webcast at 14.00 CEST today.
