UAB Merko statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and UAB “Neringos viesbutis” have signed an amendment to the 18 August 2017 contract of the reconstruction and renovation works of the Neringa hotel building, located at Gedimino ave. 23, Vilnius.
The value of amended works is over EUR 5 million, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to complete in the middle of 2020.
