Waturu Holding A/S
Company Announcement No. 11 - 2019

Former LEO Pharma director will head the subsidiary DANISH MEDTECH.

Waturu Holding A/S's subsidiary Danish Medtech ApS which has doctor and professor Peter Bjerring as co-owner and where the focal point is a brand new groundbreaking technology for wound care and a new type of treatment for inflammatory skin diseases, can now present Jesper Nørregaard as CEO and co-owner from August 1st 2019.

Upcoming CEO of DANISH MEDTECH Jesper Nørregaard says:

“As a former General Manager of Leo Pharma, where I was, among other things, responsible for sales for the Nordic countries, I have worked with the sale of prescriptions against inflammatory skin diseases.
I see great potential in Danish Medtech as their technology, innovative as it is, addresses traditional and often costly methods for treating patients in wound care and inflammatory skin diseases. It is an area that affects the patients violently and on inflammatory skin diseases, children's eczema is a good place to start since the technology here matches really well.
It is an exciting job the team is about to venture into, and my first task as a new CEO will be to secure a successful raise of capital, which will ensure the company's operation for the next 18 months, up to a future listing where there are already advance commitments from a number of investors”.

Chairman of the board of Waturu Holding A/S Thomas Marschall states:
“Jesper Nørregaard will, in addition to being the head of the IPO, ensure a commercialization, of Danish Medtech's wound care product and carry out clinical testing of a completely new product targeted at children's eczema. In Jesper we get the right profile and with a strong experience from the industry both at a Nordic and international level.”
Investors wishing to participate as Pre-IPO investors in DANISH MEDTECH can send contact information to info@danishmedtech.com, for more information on the upcoming capital increase of DKK 10 million.
