Intention to Fundraise and Change of Accounting Reference Date

Octopus Titan VCT plc (the “Company”) is pleased to announce its intention to launch a new offer for subscription to raise up to £120 million, with an over allotment facility of a further £50 million, in the near future. An offer document containing further details will be available to shareholders and potential new investors in Autumn 2019.

The Company announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 31 October 2019 to 31 December 2019, to better align with its fund raise schedule.  

The Company will next prepare audited accounts for the period ended 31 December 2019.
