Iceland Seafood Intenational hf held a bondholders meeting for holders of bonds in the series ICESEA 25 06, ISIN: IS0000033199 today, 25 October 2023. At the meeting, all bondholders approved the attached Amendment and Waiver Letter, regarding terms and conditions of the Bond. Amended terms and conditions will be published in the due course in accordance with law.
