What happened?
Between October 2, 2023, and October 18, 2023, a Goodwin Living employee email account was accessed by an unauthorized actor. Following an investigation, it was determined on July 30, 2024, that the impacted email account contained personal and protected health information that may have been accessed and/or acquired by the unauthorized party. The potentially impacted information included names, addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver license numbers, and other sensitive personal health information.
