- Construction of a cooling plant for a major data center campus
- A €165 million contract value
- Strengthening the Group’s position in the digital infrastructure portfolio
Cobra IS has been awarded a new contract for the construction of a cooling plant for a major data center campus in the Iberian Peninsula.
The project, a €165 million contract value, includes the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations for 126 dry coolers. They will cool the equivalent of 200 MW of computing capacity and play a critical role in keeping the campus operating reliably.
Cobra IS is currently in the process of bidding for further phases of this data center campus worth several billion euros in total.
This new contract further reinforces VINCI's position as a strategic partner for the delivery of large-scale digital infrastructure. Driven by increasing demand for artificial intelligence, this market is booming. The VINCI Group aims at playing a key-role in this market, especially in France and some Asian countries.
VINCI's revenue in the digital infrastructure market was €7 billion in 2025.
