What we do

How we do it

We utilize evidence-based strategies to build coping skills while building a workplace that leaves people better than they started.

Addressing problems like mental health, burnout and workplace toxicity is so much more than a new planner, a two-week vacation, going to a rooftop yoga class, or even getting a new job. It’s a profoundly complex socio-emotional experience that requires time, care, and compassion.

  • "Working with Laura Green of Healthy Pour has been instrumental to the growth and success of Not 9 to 5 Organization. Having the consulting and advisory support from Healthy Pour has empowered us to offer and share one-of-a-kind industry-specific mental health resources. The partnership between Healthy Pour and Not 9 to 5 grows more impactful every year and we hope it continues onwards."
