MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - June 4, 2015) - It is with great regret that Orbite Aluminae Inc. (TSX:ORT)(OTCQX:EORBF) ("Orbite", or the "Company") announces the passing of Peter Crossgrove, distinguished member of Orbite's Board of directors since 2013.

Mr. Crossgrove was born in Sudbury and raised in Copper Cliff. An accomplished business leader and humanitarian, he helped raise millions of dollars for Ontario's healthcare and cancer care organizations. He previously served on the Board of Barrick Gold for 22 years, was CEO and Vice Chairman of Placer Dome and was a founder of Masonite International. Mr. Crossgrove was the recipient of the Order of Canada, Order of Ontario, The Upper Canada Medal, Queens Golden Jubilee Medal and Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal. In 2013, he published his memoirs, Boardroom Games, capturing values gained from his life experience as an entrepreneurial renaissance man.
